Cottontail Martini


  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Ice
  • Sweetened shredded coconut (for rim)
  • Marshmallow or coconut flakes (for garnish)
  1. Rim a martini glass with honey or simple syrup, then dip it in shredded coconut.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice, vodka, rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice.
  3. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a marshmallow “bunny tail” or a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
